Is there a way to run a Macro without having to see all the steps flicking up and jsut have the finished result?

Perfect thanks. Do you know anything about using VBA with Pivots? If so do you know what VBA code I need to filter items out of the column labels.

Example: for the below Pivot I want to filter out 'Not Required'. There maybe others so would it be easier to list the ones that I do need to include or to go even futher can I create a pop up box with the options and the user can select which ones they desire?

I'd start by recording a macro while you do it manually, clean up the resulting code and then modify your code to include the new part.

Also, if you start a new thread, someone else might know the answer immediately
