VBA/Macros help (selecting multiple dates in a pivot table)

Hay everyone,
I only just recently found out about Macros and VBA; so I was trying to automate this process of selecting multiple dates in a pivot table, for this example I wanted to select the latest 28 days that was available. I started using the record macros feature to do that but I realised that when I would go and edit the macros, It will be more tedious to edit them than to manually select the dates as shown below [1]

I would like it to be simple and easy to change the date range, as every week, I would need to manually log these in. I have multiple pivots like this, so it would be helpful if I was able to automate this process. If anyone knows how to do this, your help will be much appreciated. Thank you.
