VBA PROGRAM TO ADJUST THE CELL WIDTH

I need an excel VBA program to adjust the width of merged cells A2:B2 such that the text fit there exactly and the width of column A and B should be equal. If the text is too small in merged cells A2:B2 set a minimum width of column A and B as 10. somebody please help.

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
