VBA PublishObjects as HTM

Can someone tell me what the number is that is appended to the filename when I am publishing a document as an html? For example, I have a named range called PubTest but it becomes PubTest_8806.htm when I run the macro. Is it some kind of index or identifier? I also have another range called PubTest2 that becomes PubText2_34908.htm when I publish it. If I change the number to the previous one, 8806, it will display the range from PubTest.

It could be a port number, but I could find no definitive documentation on it.
