So I'm using automation to output something to an excel spread sheet.
the format of what I'm outputting is always
##-## (I.E. "10-20", "8-6" are specific examples)
When I directly output like this:
sheet.cells(1,2).value=ssd.text 'ssd.text="10-20"
it comes up with october-20th
I do realize wheret hsi comes from, but I have absolutley no idea how to get around it. If I try using the VB given format function and set it to text, I got 34459 which, from what I understand is just the julian date.
