VBA Quick Entry Button-Assigned Macro

Hi

I am creating a spreadsheet that factory operators use to record engineering issues in our factory. There are some that occur on a regula basis and I would like to be able to assign these to individual buttons to save time. Currently the operators can choose the entry values from validation lists under the headings 'Type', 'Area' and 'Cause'. The Area and Cause lists are linked and the Cause lists is dependent on the Area choice.

Is there a way to build this sort of quick entry macro?
