Hello,

I am curious about something. Is there a way that I can reformat columns based off of their headers? So for example, can I create a MACRO that says,

If Header Equals UPC (That is, "UPC", "Upc", or "upc") than reformat the entire column so it is formatted as a "number" format as opposed to a "general" format?

Hope you are well,

Steve

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Do you really need VBA? Because you should be able to do this pretty easily without it simply by using Conditional Formatting, i.e.
if the header is in cell K1, then highlight the column and use this Conditional Formatting formula:
Code:
=UPPER($K$1)="UPC"
and choose your desired number format.

If you need VBA, just assign the Conditional Formatting via VBA. If you turn on the Macro Recorder and record yourself doing the steps above, you will get the VBA code that you need for this.
