VBA refresh of query table not working

I have a query table on a csv that was set to prompt for a file upon refresh. I decided I'd rather use a Form control with a Common Dialog control to gain better control of this process. It seemed pretty simple, I'd just disable the refresh in the Query properties and set the Connection to be

qt.Connection = "TEXT;" & strFullFilePath

...before I sent the refresh command. What happens is the file I select gets imported, but all the settings are lost. It shows as just one cell of text per line with no comma delimiter.

Is there a simple way to define the connection without stepping through all the parameters? What are the minimum parameters I need to specify for my comma-delimited file? All fields can be automatically assigned, I'd like to preserve formatting, and fill formulas down for adjacent cells.

Thanks in advance!
