VBA Screenshot given cell range

Dear All,

I currently have a spreadsheet that will be copied and pasted into a power point presentation each time it is used.
Is there a way to capture a screen print of a given cell range (A1:AE132) or what is currently on screen (Excluding the top ribbon, Formula bar and headings) using a VBA button? i.e. just capture the actual sheet. Then make that available to paste into Power Point? The given area is very large but I have numerous buttons to hide and unhide rows and columns depending on what view the user needs.

I'd suggest copying the cells and pasting as a linked object. You can then hide/unhide rows and columns in Excel and Powerpoint will immediately refresh accordingly.

Hey Neil,

The issue I face is there are a few text boxes that also need capturing. How would I go about capturing those?

Text boxes would be displayed just like cells. Try the following:

1. Select a small number of cells and copy them
2. Go to Powerpoint and paste as a linked object (Alt+E,S,I)
3. Go back to Excel and insert a textbox that overlaps the linked range

You should immediately see the textbox in PPT. If not, right-click the picture and select Update link.
