VBA search for value

Hello everyone.

On sheet 1 cell Q34, I have a name. i would like to have an option button that on click it will go to a ComboBox1_Change() on sheet 2 find the exact name and bring up the information. The name is in Column 2 of the combobox.

I don't mind doing by hyperlink or vba, either way works for me.
