VBA sorting and data counting

I have a very large data sheet and I need to write some VBA code to sort the data according to 4 different criteria:

1) Where fixed interest stocks cloumn has NO as an input
2) Where market value is less then a value 4
3) UK companies
4) Market

I also need to write code which counts the number of stocks which fall under each.

I really would appreciate any help in starting or writing the VBA code/macro for this

I would suggest looking at Advanced Filtering to do what you are after.
