vba stop me scanning into wrong cell

Hi Everyone,

Ok so I have a page and we scan in employees details then fill them in ,
all works great

however the nature of the document means we have several cell unlocked when page protetion is on.
now the process is simple scan barcode into M112 then fill in details,
now some time for no reason i can track instead of M112 being selected when the scan is done its anther cell,
now this problem is a nightmare so i'm hoping to solve it,

All i want is that when the workbook changes, if Cell M112 is "" then it must be cell thats selected
any idea how i can do this?
