VBA to Align Shapes

Hello,

I have 3 shapes in a worksheet, two of which I would like to align to the other. The shapes are a straight connector and two down arrows. I have been able to align the objects as necessary, but the align command always aligns to the bottom-most shape. Is there a way to anchor the straight connector such that the "alignbottom" command will move the arrows to this object?

I need the straight line to stay where it is and the arrows to align their heads to the line. The arrows change length based on cell values and they should then ideally align themselves to the horizontal line.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
