VBA to apply border lines to pivot table

Hi All,

I am doing an automation where I am creating multiple Pivots through a loop and pivot table is assigned to "pt".

Can someone help me with creating border lines as below and center align the data from "Column Labels". recording manually doesn't work as pivot table position might change for every iteration. Thank you in adavance.

Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
