VBA to automate process of copy and paste!

Hi,

I conduct a very manual process daily.

Copy from excel, paste special (metafile) into power point and then into an email to send out.

Is there anyway I can insert a macro to speed this up?

I have tried to record a macro but it dosent work then I play it over.

Please help!!!
 

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
