VBA to Change Sort order in Pivot Table

Hello,
I have source data of two attributes and one measure. What I would like to do is sort by the second row field and not the first. See attached sample. I had to manually move items to get to the look I wanted in the Correct view. How can I sort by the values in the second row field and not the first in a table in Outline form?
