Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Try
Sheets("Gigs").Range("G9").PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats, Operation:=xlNone, _
SkipBlanks:=False, Transpose:=False

or just
Sheets("Gigs").Range("G9").PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats

Try
VBA Code:
Sub TonyW()
    With Sheets("Gigs").Range("G9")
        .Value = Sheets("Data").Range("J7").Value
        .Font.Color = Sheets("Data").Range("J7").Font.Color
    End With
End Sub
