VBA to copy attachement to excel from Lotus notes email

Hello,

I receive some log update email everyday, and I have to copy the attachement to one file in excel.

Is it possible to write a macro that would get everyday the email with "status-update.logXXXX" on the subject line and open the attachement on "VIEW" select the content and copy and paste it to a spreadsheet named "daily log changes" ?
