VBA to copy text from multiple txt files into successive columns in EXCEL

I am looking for a VBA code to copy text from multiple text files into successive rows in EXCEL​

and then copy the lines in the next adjacent row if the given text "and to 8" appears in any line in the text data in cells
 

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
