VBA to disable color red from the color palette

Does anyone know how to remove or disable the color red from any and all uses in a workbook? If not, what about disabling it from being used as a fill color?

You could change it to white in the colour palette:

ActiveWorkbook.Colors(3) = RGB(255, 255, 255)
