Vba to fill a cell based on table

Pls help for a VBA code to fill cells in G based on value in column A to C, need to fill cell value in G. Column A is day B is start time and C is End time, if my value in E which is day and F which is activity time within the values of table ABC the it should fill present else absent, eg, as below,

Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

two queries:
1. why VBA? in principal it merely needs a formula.
2. your data as shown above is inconsistent. Howe do you have End Time's that are before the Start Time?
