I Have a sheet with 20 columns of different types of certificates, including the product and vendor as rows. The corresponding cells have an expiry date of said certificate. If there is no certificate for that vendor the cell will show N/A. I need to send follow-up emails to the suppliers if those certificates have expired or will expire in the next 30 days.

I basically need to filter out the row which has valid certificates, but if the suppliers have 2 or more certificates and one has expired and one is still valid, it should not be hidden. The idea is to make a mail merger. If anyone can guide me in the correct direction or a better way to send follow-up emails based on expired or soon-to-be expired certificates. I have the data on a product level and not only a supplier level, so I cant send 100 emails to 1 supplier.
