Hi,

I need to open a workbook from a selected drive. The workbook name will always be changing so i will need to choose that myself, but i would like the macro to open the drive in the correct place, ie C:London\New\........xls

thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Did you look at the ChDrive and ChDir functions?

Which version of Excel are you working with? If 2007 or 2010, click on the Office button (top left corner). Then click Excel Options.

Under 'Save' > Default File Location.
