That comma isn't really there - it is the way the cell is formatted.

Perhaps

Code:
Sub test()
ActiveSheet.UsedRange.NumberFormat = "0.00"
End Sub

I need the commas code cos there will be commas i need to remove, but is best to add the number format beneath the comma code?

Code:
Sub test()
ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Replace what:=",", replacement:="", Lookat:=xlPart
ActiveSheet.UsedRange.NumberFormat = "0.00"
End Sub

That comma isn't really there - it is the way the cell is formatted.

Perhaps

Code:
Sub test()
ActiveSheet.UsedRange.NumberFormat = "0.00"
End Sub

This worked in a quick test

Code:
Sub test()
With ActiveSheet.UsedRange
    .Replace what:=",", replacement:="", Lookat:=xlPart
    .NumberFormat = "0.00"
End With
End Sub
