Hi all,
I have a macro to save a file as a csv, is there a way to save it as a .xsl format instead?
I've put =xlexcel8 in the format but it's still saving as a csv and the file when opened has formulas, all i need is values.

VBA Code:
Dim FileName As String
Dim tempWB As Workbook
Path1 = Worksheets("Data Entry").Range("D17")
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
On Error GoTo err
myCSVFileName = Worksheets("Data Entry").Range("K14")
ThisWorkbook.Sheets("Upload").Activate
ActiveSheet.Copy
Set tempWB = ActiveWorkbook
With tempWB
.SaveAs Filename:=FileName, FileFormat:=xlExcel8, CreateBackup:=False
.Close
End With
