VBA to send email with OneDrive file LINK

I have this VBA that sends an email based on cell change and attaches the file. I don't want it to attach the file. I want it to attach a LINK to file. This will be used for both OneDrive and SharePoint files.

Do you mean a link file as an attachment or a hyperlink in the body of the email? If it's a link.. Have you tried something like
attachments.add "https://file path" ?

Nah I know I can just add the path text as part of the email body text. I am talking about attaching the file as a link instead of the whole file. It's an Outlook thing. I'll just add the link as text. Thanks.
