Hi guys, is it possible to extract the nth string between commas?
For example

Cell contents:"hello,how are you,I'm Great,today"

Say I want to extract the string in between the 3rd set of commas, "I'm Great". Is that possible with VBA?

Thanks in advance.

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Maybe:
VBA Code:
Sub test()
    Dim strVar As Variant

    strVar = Split(Range("A1").Value, ",")

    MsgBox strVar(2)
End Sub

Try this

VBA Code:
Public Function Extract_nth(ByVal s As String, n As Long) As String
    Extract_nth = Split(s, ",")(n - 1)
End Function

Using:

=Extract_nth(A1,3)
