VBA Use Freeze Pane Location for Repeat Rows

Hi All,

Is it possible to use VBA to set "Repeat Rows"?

I have a code I recorded to format reports that have different setups so I will not know where I want to freeze the pane or repeat the rows.
I have updated the report to freeze pane at the current cursor location.
Is there a way to use the freeze pane location or the cursor location to also repeat rows?
I do not believe I can use a dynamic code because I do not know what data will be in the report. (I can not think of a way to use offset without knowing the data)
The easiest thing I can think to do is, before running code, place the cursor where I need the pane to be frozen AND where I need the rows to repeat.
