VBA.Userform background "flash"

Good day!
There are userforms on it, there are two buttons.
One next second back. The paths to the images are in the cells. When you change the image, the background of userforms is wedged between them for a split second. It turns out a "flash" hits the eyes.
In the properties of the image selected fmPictureSizeModeZoom, I think the reason is in it. How to solve this problem?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
if you think the processing of the image is causing problems then use a graphics program to make it the exact size required

Can't format the picture inside excel?

use a graphics program to crop to the exact size required and resave the image
