VBA Userform File Uploader Issues

I have a userform that I've designed for a clients worksheet here.

The userform automatically starts up (may need to click "allow macros" and/or "allow editing" to get userform. As an aside, is there a way to remove these dialogue boxes so the userform just starts automatically? This will be sent to users via email, and it would be nice if they didn't see the worksheet at all.

My main question is this: for the ARENA Certifications form, I'm trying to allow the user to browse and find 2 images per browse button and insert them into the right column/row in the correct worksheet.

If you look at the userform, under ARENA Certifications form, the first tab says "Room 1". Under that Tab, there are two Browse buttons. The first needs to attached two image files to Worksheet "3 - Certification", at location B18. The 2nd needs to attach the files to the same worksheet, at location B19. It would be nice if the images can be resized or placed in such a way as to not completely mess up the form I have.

To see the worksheet and not be stuck in the userform, there is a hidden button in the bottom right hand corner of each form page that will open the actual worksheet.

I would prefer if the images were not placed until the user finishes all the information on that form and hits "submit".

Please advise, thanks!

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
