VBA vs Formula

In a locked worksheet,
When I use a conditional format with a formula it will work even if the cell is locked.
In a VBA, it don't work.
How can I make the VBA work with a locked sheet?

start your vba with:
VBA Code:
Sheets("Yoursheetname").Unprotect
and end it with
VBA Code:
Sheets("Yoursheetname").Protect
