Hello

I have a strange problem.
I have a document that is written using the font Verdana.
I selected "wrap text"in all fields, and row height is defined by the "Autofit".
When I print the document the bottom of the letters are cut away if there are multiple lines.
One solution may be to manually format the row size, but it is an big operation, there are many pages in the document. The text is aligned to top, if I change it to the bottom I get the problem at the top of the fields.
How do you avoid it?
I've been looking for a place where you can define the margin inside the cells - but I can not find it
Any ideas?

Sincerely,
Annette

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
There is no concept of cell margins in Excel as there is for Word tables.

Excel will fit text best when the font in a cell is the same font name and font size used in style Normal. So you can either change the font in the cell to what is used for Normal, or change style Normal to agree with the font in the cell.

Hi Shg

Thankyou for your input - changing the font for the style "Normal" to Verdana did the trick.
