Good Morning,

I am needing your help with generating a accurate formula for a vehicle maintenance spread sheet.
In column A I have my vehicle unit #s, Column B I have current mileage & in column C & D I have my service date & Level # of services.
I need an alert very 3000, 5000, 10000 miles and some how include a service date.. Is there a way to do this?

I would greatly appreciate it:)

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
you could use an lookup so that it can flag you when the mileage is within a certain amount
you could set the table at say

2800 - Service Required
4800 - Service Required
9800 - Service Required

Now you can lookup the mileage and get an alert into a cell
Not sure what you mean by include a service date

would you be able to put a sample workbook onto a share like dropbox, onedrive
Make sure you have removed any private information, remember this is a public forum and so available to anyone
Would like to see an example of your data and also a manual mock up of the expected results you want to achieve.
