Hello to everybody here, I have a problem I can't fix. I have a form that our hr department uses to request a new user account. When they fill in the first name it automatically creates an email address. However, sometimes people have the same name. In this case we use john.d@company.nl instead of john@company.nl.
My wish is that when somebody of HR fills in a name and an email address is created that already exist, excell automatically changes the email address as mentioned earlier or excel warns us that the email address already exist.

I have an extra worksheet in which all users with first and surname are mentioned together with email address. This is a query made from active directory

Can somebody help me please as I cannot find a solution.

When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
