Vertical line chart

seemingly simple question here.

I'm looking to swap the values of my chart so that the x axis has the %'s i am charting and the y axis has the category labels.

I tried swapping rows vs. columns and transposing data... no luck!

Any help??!?

Great idea, I was trying to copy a pre-existing chart that someone had somehow created this way. Bar Chart would be just as easy though.
