Can somebody show me how to create a link or show me a formula on how
to paste the data from vertical format to horizontal format?

For example:

Joe
<TABLE style="WIDTH: 345pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=460><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 236pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 11520" width=315><COL style="WIDTH: 109pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 5302" width=145><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 236pt; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl70 height=17 width=315>ENTERTAINMENT - CUSTOMERS</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 109pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl71 width=145 align=right>$46.95</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl70 height=17>ENTERTAINMENT - OTHERS</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl71 align=right>$193.94</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl72 height=17>Gas</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl71 align=right>$40.00</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Mary
<TABLE style="WIDTH: 345pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=460><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 236pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 11520" width=315><COL style="WIDTH: 109pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 5302" width=145><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 236pt; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl70 height=17 width=315>ENTERTAINMENT - CUSTOMERS</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 109pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl71 width=145 align=right>$36.12</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl70 height=17>ENTERTAINMENT - OTHERS</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl71 align=right>$203.08</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl72 height=17>Gas </TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; BORDER-TOP: windowtext; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 0.5pt solid" class=xl71 align=right>$40.00</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

The end resuls should be

Entertainment -Customers Entertainment -Others Gas
Joe $46.95 $193.94 $40
Mary $36.12 $203.08 $40

I have around 160 claims per month and i prefer not to copy-special -transpose.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Welcome to the site:-)

If you want it like shown, there will be some vba - is that okay?

I think we need more clarity... Can we always count on ENTERTAINMENT-CUSTOMERS being the seecond row (below the name) in a record? Are Joe and Mary on different sheets, or down two columns on one sheet? etc...
