Vertical Vlookup! is it possible ?

Hello what I am trying to do is if Apr is found (via match or vlookup formula), take the one value in one cell down!
Is that poissble ?

Just to clarify, VLookup is a vertical lookup.

What you wanted was a horizontal lookup (HLookup).
