A1 contains "01:00 to 01:30", B1 and C1 are empty.
B2 contains "02:00 to 02:30", A2 and C2 are empty.
C3 contains "03:00 to 03:30", A3 and B3 are empty.

In column D, what formula do I use to grab the sole entry in each row?

In D1 I tried =max(a1:c1) which throws up a zero and no matter what format the cell is I can't get it to display the correct content!

I'm sure the answer is a convoluted =if statement?

TIA.
