I am using Excel 2010 and Windows 7. I have a COUNTIF formula that looks for numbers in a range that are less than 250. I would like to view these cells to assure myself the formula is accurate. I have tried Conditional Formatting as well as Trace Dependents - neither shows only the cells referenced in the formula. My result of 5 appears to be accurate but I would like to confirm by seeing which 5 cells they are.
Here is the formula I'm using: =COUNTIF(B38:AR38,"<=250").
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Conditional Formatting

Highlight applicable range >>

B38:AR38

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:

=B38<=250

Format… [Number, Font, Border, Fill]
OK >> OK

Conditional format should work:
Select B38:AR38.
Conditional format --> New Rule --> Format only cells that contain.
Cell value -- Less than or equal to -- 250.
Set format as needed.
