hey, hope you're doing good..

i need some help with excel macros.. is it possible to record 'unique' numbers and replace them.. like if i wish to change 17 to 30 is it possible to do that without changing 170 to 300 ? i do realize i can change 170 first but there are lots of numbers and it gets VERY complicated.. so if there was a way of searching for distinct numbers and replace them that would be great.

thanks a lot, take care :)

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Hi and welcome to the Board!

If you are using the regular Find/Replace then click on the options button and place a check against "Match entire cell contents".

Note that this will not work if you have other text along with the number you want to replace.

You can record this action to get syntax.
