Hello All, I am using Excel 2007 and would like to know please if this is possible.
We have a S Drive which multiple users can access.
I also have a spreadsheet on the S drive which is locked to other users if someone has open the workbook.
Is there a way of showing in Excel to the user that is trying to open the workbook which user in already using the workbook. At the moment we have to shout around the office asking who is in the workbook.
I have tried using a shared workbook but this was not very sucessful
