So I have read you can do this but google results says only by opening a new window of the same books

what i was wanting ot do was create a new Tab to have form controls to activate various macros but if i open a new window will data read and write the same way if i use copy pasting macros? will it double processing time?

or is there another way that good results arent showing me

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).

I don't think that your processing time will change all that much, how much data are you copy pasting anyway? if you find that its slowing down, perhaps a simple
VBA Code:
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Application.EnableEvents = False
would help
