Is there anyway that I can import a visio file as a page of a workbook? I want to get all info for a certain product into excel so my guys can hit print entire workbook and get everything they need for that product (which at this point is 2 worksheets and a visio workflow diagram). Alternatively if I could some how link the workbook and the visio file to be printed together that would work as well but I don't know how to do that either....

Any help would be AWESOME....

Thanks

Willie,

Instead of exporting to XL another approach is to download and install the MS Visio Viewer from MS (freeware):

http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/vviewer.aspx

Another approach is to save it as a picture and then let XL paste in into a worksheet via VBA.

However, there is certain limitation which cannot be override....

Please mail back if further help with VBA is required :)

Kind regards,
Dennis

I saved the file in Visio as a *.jpg. I then imported it into Visio. It definitely accomplished what I need to do but the print out is much lower quality through Excel then in Visio. I can work with it for sure but is there anyway to get the higher quality printout?

Thanks in advance..

Willie,

Have You played around with different image-format like the EPS or TIFF?

Except for that it´s propably subject to the printers ability.

..and I´m not an expert neith with image-format and printers......

Kind regards,
Dennis
