Visual Basic Compile Error

I have an error that has occurred on a fresh install of Office 2007. I have an excel sheet that has many macros that use Visual Basic and when I try to enable macros I get the following error.

Compile error in Hidden module: UDF's

This excel file has been used daily for at least 3 years and I have never seen this error before.
Any help would be appreciated

It means pretty much what it says - there's an error in the code in the UDFs module (which is in a hidden workbook or add-in)
