IN THE END OF THE MONTH I WANT TO PAY THEM AFTER FULFILLING THE ABOVE TWO CRITERIA I.E. TOTAL DAYS OF WORKING AND THE POST THEY HOLD BY RETURNING THE VALUE THROUGH THIS TABLE.

Guatam Singh, please try to explain this without using any jargon. This is an Excel forum, we don't all necessarily understand what ranks, entitlements, qs, pensionary benefits, etc are. Can you give some examples? What data are you inputting to end up at the result 5564? Can we see your excel spreadsheet?

I have QS in cell A1 and Rank in B1. Now i want to insert payment in C1 by pulling the information from table for the particular QS and Rank.

Use the formula below

INDEX(Sheet1!$B$2:$Z$1000,MATCH($A1,Sheet1!$A$1:$A$1000,0),MATCH($B1,Sheet1!$A$1:$Z$1,0))

Here sheet1 is the sheet that contains the table from which you will be finding the value, A1 to A1000 contains the value of Qs and A1 to Z1 contain ranks in sheet1.
