Vlookup and duplicates

Hello:

I use Vlookup that matches serial numbers in Col B, and return a corresponding value from Col D. There are several duplicate serial numbers in Col B, and Vlookup returns the first corresponding value from Col D. Is it possible for Vlookup to return the corresponding value for each duplicate in Col B?
