Hi, I have a workbook with 5 sheets of data sorted by a geographic code. i.e. sheet 1( Zip codes: 90001-90010), sheet 2 (90015 - 90030), etc.

so it looks like

ID 90001 90002 90003
101 x
102 x
105

(x means that it services that particular zip code)

The id's may repeat on the sheets but the zip codes do not. Also the number of ids can change. For example in the first sheet, there might be only 14, in the second, there can be 25.

I'm trying to match the id and the zip code to give me the corresponding number through the various different sheets.

So far I think I have to create a vlookup with a match function that includes naming a range of worksheets, however I don't really know how to do this.

any help would be appreciated. I've spent about an hour looking through the internet for help.

Also, I have to do this for 5 workbooks w/ similiar data and consolidate everything to fit into one worksheet.

Thanks,
