VLookup and Pivot table

I have never used Vlookup or Pivot and got a new job where these two topics are essential, pls advise how I can practise using them?

Is there any sample data which I can use to practise pivot tables?

I would appreciate your help, or point me in the right direction.

Wouldn't the best sample data be that which you are actually working with?

Or a copy of it?

For Pivot Tables, the Pivot Table Wizard will do a large part of the work for you. I would suggest using your own data to practice on as you will understand it better than anyone else.

For Vlookup, Excel help is reasonably good on it.
