Vlookup - copy data from another worksheet if value matches

Hi

I would like to copy data from Sheet1 column B to column B in Sheet2 if the value in column A matches.

Names on sheet2 are in a different order and some are listed multiple times. Examples below:

Sheet1	A	B	C	D
1	Name1	Description1
2	Name2	Description2
3	Name3	Description3
4	Name4	Description4

Sheet2	A	B	C	D
1	Name3	Description3
2	Name1	Description1
3	Name3	Description3
4	Name4	Description4
