Hi all,

I have a table or contains data like the below and as you can see there are some duplicates of IDs;

ID
966368
1004275
1004275
1004275
998516

What I’m trying to do is on another table on another sheet (milestonesis count how many times the ID exists.

I am using a vlookup but it’s not working, can anyone help where I am going wrong?

=Count(vlookup[@[id],Milestones[#all],3,false))

Thanks all

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Without seeing your actual layout, it's hard to tell what you want, but maybe you want COUNTIF or COUNTIFS?
